In today’s segment Phyllis talks about the importance of what leaders think (we call it The Head of a Leader) and how that thinking impacts relationships and decision making. Leadership is an inside out process, hence, there is no great leadership without great leaders.
Phyllis also discusses the critical importance of setting values, since they help protect us from compromising as we make daily decisions.
