Deborah Limb is an experienced business leader with a background in aviation, engineering, operations, and multiple service-oriented ministries.
During her 26 years in aviation, Deborah became involved serving with a variety of non-profit and ministry organizations. She answered the call to leave aviation and took on a role in ministry serving as COO of CRISTA Ministries from 2014 to 2018. Deborah now is an active executive and operational leadership consultant working with a variety of organizations. She is passionate about developing leaders and improving operational performance.
In today’s podcast Deb shares how her experience in the marketplace equipped her to lead in the faith-based world. Deb also talks about a process she developed to assess those on her team and how that process helps her coach, empower and equip those she leads in order that they may grow and succeed.
