Danita shares insights from her latest book, Millennials Matter: Proven Strategies for Building Your Next-Gen Leader, where she interviewed both boomers and millennials and asked them about their greates struggles  in regards to the other generation.

While boomers struggled with character, confidence and collaboration while working with Millennials, the younger generation struggle with lack of authenticity on the part of boomers, as well as boomers lack of interest in "walking beside" Millennials as mentors anc coaches.
